How we make custom printed tab dividers to suit our customers needs

Over the years we have received lots of enquiries regarding custom printed tab dividers and we have helped thousands of clients get the tabs they need. Each client has specific requirements, whether it's a special tab size, paper type or print styles, they are all different. So we had to come up with a system that would suit the majority of our clients. We have tried our best to create on online ordering system for custom printed tab dividers. We call it our Custom Tab Shop. You can check it out at  https://www.ozzietabs.com.au/custom-printed-tabs/  We had to decide which were the most popular options to list.

When we receive an order for custom printed tabs, we go through a series of quality and presentation checks to ensure that the tabs will look great. The first step is choosing the most suitable font for the print on the tabs. I must admit that 90% of the time most tabs are printed with Arial, but we sometimes we get requests for other fonts. We create a PDF proof that we email to our clients to check spelling and to make sure the text appears on the correct tab position. Once approved we print the tabs. We select the best quality paper from our paper stock to ensure the paper has no marks or creases on it, and also we make sure that the paper is as flat as possible with little or no curl. Yes we have someone who goes through the paper and checks the sheets. We print our tabs before we cut them. Yes that may be back to front, which may confuse some people, but as we manufacture the tabs, this allows us to ensure the text is printed centered on the tab every time. Our customers printed tabs are a representation of our work. We know that they are using the tabs for information that is important to thier business or organisation. We also understand the importance of getting the tabs done right the first time and ensuring that we get the tabs to our clients when they need them.

Once we print and cut the tabs, we make sure they are packed safely in sturdy boxes. We know that at times the tabs may have to travel long distances to reach our clients. The last thing we want to happen is that the tabs arrived damaged.
